Yes you can give. But more important thing is to give plenty of oral fluids like rice water, dal water ors. And syrup zinc 5 ml for 14 days. And monitor urine output.

Yes. You can give. Enterogermina is indicated in acute diarrhea. It is always wise to visit your doctor for further management as only enterogermina is not the treatment for diarrhea.
