In july last year .now that we have des drug eluding stents .we mustnot overlook need to keep them patent .where exactly stents have been placed .how wel n in what circumstances .acs vs non acs determine the thrombotic risk n reocclusion risk .even when you 73 I recommend dapt for 1 year at least n later continue on brillinta .statins m beta blockers .hmm depend on how well controlled your lipid profile is n how good your heart is pumping .i mean ejection fraction. As per the guideline, one should take dapt (aspirin ++ticagrelor) to be continued for 1 year duration. After that single antiplatelet (aspirin) may suffice to prevent furthur attacks. Here you need to add the indication of you angioplasty, lv function, associated comorbidities to give answer for the continuation of other drugs. If any queries ,i am happy to answer.
