I am 31 year (wght-75 kg) old female. I am suffering through chronic cough & cold since oct 2019. Situation gets worse during season change and staying under a prolonged air conditioned room. I am suffering through cold since oct 2019. In 1995 my nasal bone was fractured in an accident. I am having thyroid and high bp. I am taking thyrox 75 & ferium xt as per doctor's advice. Kindly advice me solutions and causes for this prolonged prolonged cold.

It is likely that your blocked nose and chronic cold is due to sinusitis which is secondary to either changed in temperature or structural issue of your nasal septum which you may have injured along with nasal bone. The first is more likely. Saline nasal drops and steam inhalation for 2 times a day for a week or so might be helpful. Exercise also helps.
