I am 32 male. Last year was suffering from numbness and tingling on my left hand doctor diagnosed with mri nct and vitamin b12 test. My vit b12 level were low then he prescribed me cyanocobalamin injection. I did not feel any symptom for 3 months now I started to feeling again. Please advise what should I do? How much injection do I need to take.

It depends on how severe was your b12 deficiency. Injection may continue year with monitoring.

You would need to show your reports to a neurologist specially the mri done. Only then can your symptoms be explained. Vit b12 deficiency is common in asians but does not seem to fully explain your symptoms. Feel free to video consult with your mri report.
