Hello, my face is swollen. It started since day before yesterday. Each day, it's getting more swollen when I wake up in the morning. It's not too difficult, but since there are no doctors available at hospitals due to covid, I am a bit concerned. I have my prime suspect of cause as vitamin e capsules which I applied 2 my hair and face 2 days earlier. Can you clarify what possible causes and treatments could be?

Hi facial swelling without any other significant associated symptoms is most likely due to some allergy. The allergen might be the additives in vitamin e capsule. I would suggest you to take levocetrizine tablets 5 mg once a day for 3 days. If there is no improvement or condition worsens, please consult your nearest physician. Regards.
