Dr. I am suffering from vaginal yeast infection from 6 months. Itching is intense with rashes in vulva and discharge's consistency keeps changing. Sometimes it become watery sometimes sticky sometimes creamy white and sometimes few thread or curd like thing is present. Vulva is swollen with tiny rashes and discharge contains fishy odour. Tried candid pessaries for a week but it didn't cured fully. Also taken fluconazole 150 mg weekly single tablet for 3 weeks. Still not cured. It happened firstly 3 years ago after unprotected intercourse. And it reoccurred again 6 months ago after intercourse but this time protection was there. Still infection occurred. And is continuing till now. Please suggest some medicine. Age 21, weight 55. 5 kg height 5.5.
