Hello, this is urmimala here. I am suffering from heavy hair fall since few months. I oil my hair twice or thrice a week. I use coconut oil with methi and onion juice twice a week, still no effective results. Shampoo I use is mainly dabur vatika shampoo or buttocks or organic shampoo. Please suggest me what should I do?

we will have to assess y you have hair fall it could be due to various reasons like irregular periods or low hemoglobin or any thyroid abnormalities so we will have to run certain blood tests on you to find out the cause and as well your hair needs to be examined but for now I can prescribe you a biotin tablet which will prevent your hair loss to some extent take tablet follihair once a day after meal for 4 months. U will have a good improvement.
