Hi I got a skin burn on account of hot sugar syrup falling on my thumb. It became a blister. I had used burnol and silverex nitrate gel. I have also used neosporin powder. The blister popped on it's own but there's no puss. A red skin is there, there's no pain. Can I apply burnol or silverex over the red skin? Please advise. Thanks.

Continue to use silverex for about a week ,once you notice new pink skin every where, sto the medicine. Use soap very sparingly & apply vaseline for 4-6 months 1-2 times / dy. The new skin colour will take time to normalise so do not worry.
