I am using deflocoert 6 mg and tamsulosin 4 mg for ureteric stone I was unable to release sperm after discontinue of this tablets I am able to release sperm.

Retrograde ejaculation/ anejaculation is a common side effect of tamsulosin. So don't worry about it. It will go itself once you stop taking this medication.

Inability to release semen is due to retrograde ejaculation caused by tamsulosin. It is usually temporary and usually stops once you stop taking this medication.
