I have pcod and I have been taking krimson-35 for three years now. Because of it I had irregular periods, acne, hirsutism, and enlarged, polycystic ovaries. I have been taking krimson for 3 years. From january of this year, I started experiencing spotting on the day of my last pill. Next month, I had flesh colored (pinkish discharge) around the 16th day of my cycle, then next month I had brown discharge around the 15th day. This month too on the 12th day I saw a drop of blood mixed with clear discharge. I think it's because I took krimson for a long time and now I want to stop it. My question is: will stopping krimson 35 make my pcod symptoms return? Will I have irregular periods, acne, etc. Again?

Please remember, PCOS is not curable but it can be kept under control. The main way of keeping it under control is weight control. As you are facing problem with Krimson (moreover we do not recommend taking Krimson for long time), it's better to switch to other types of oral contraceptive pill.
