I can not breath due to sinus. I use otrivin nasal drops twice a day. What oral medicine should I take.

Any fever / headache / facial heavyness? 3. Any recurrent sneezing or running nose associated with your symptoms. These answers are important as they will distinguish between an allergic or infectious etiology. Please start the following treatment and follow up with the answers for comprehensive advise. 1. Tab. Montair fx twice a day 2. Nasal spray duonase 2 puff twice a day 3. Steam inhalation twice a day. Start this for 7 days and follow up.
