My name is charan, non smoker and moderate drinking (once in a month one beer, age is 33 ,past 4 years I am using rosuvas 5 mg, from last 1 year I am using metoprolol succinate prolonged release 25/2.5 tablet, due to love and marriage problem with depression and headache, neuro physician given now cloz beta 10 mg and rexipra 10 mg ,orazep 1, for 20 days, my question is :- how to come out with this problem ,and which is the best medicine for depression ,i have sleeping problem how to reduce it. My present weight is 82 kg ,if reduce weight 10%,can I get result in cardiac & neuro problem.

Definitely you should have better cardiac health if you reduce some weight. There is no such thing as the 'best medicine' for depression - it varies from person to person what suits one best. For you, the best remedy yo come out of depression is to follow your course of medication as adviced. For sleep problem, ask your psychiatrist to add a short term course of hypnotic, and in the meantime learn about something called 'sleep hygiene'
