You may have had but didnot notice or ovulation might not have happened. But this time you may have if ovulation occurs. Do not worry. Get usg scan done to confirm ovulation after 2 days. Meanwhile alternate day intercourse may help in conceiving.

Cervical mucus usually blocks cervical canal except at the time of ovulation wherein plenty of channels are opened up under the influence of estrogen. Deficient cervical mucus can be a cause for infertility inj. Pubergen is used to rupture the mature egg and produce ovulation.

Hi .. Yess generally if the cervical mucus is good then the sperm can move easily to meet the ovum .. but that’s fine .. don’t get worried thinking about it ..u can use some lubricants during the sexual intercourse then u need not worry about the mucus.. K- y jelly lubricant. If still ur not able to conceive then u can go with IUI ( intra uterine insemination) that is we inject semen directly into the uterus .. but it is the later option after trying with this ovulation induction drugs and injections if they are not effective even after 6 months of treatment. All the best for this cycle .. hope u conceive.
