My father is suffering from depression, anxiety and insomnia. We consulted doctor, he prescribed mirtaz 75 mg and zapiz 0.5 mg.how much time it will take to recover. How long it needs to be taken.

For first episode of the illness, atleast 9-12 months after symptoms have subsided. Better to discuss with your psychiatrist, as we don't know detailed history.

It must be 7.5 mg and not 75 mg as mentioned by you. it will take approximately 2 to 4 Weeks for The beneficial effects to be seen. Good luck
