I was experiencing itching all over my body for a week my doctor performed lfts and reports were ast 49 alt 129 now I am prescribed ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily should I use it. Is it safe for my baby I am 29 weeks pregnant.

Yes its safe. Do not worry. Your lft's on higher side, you should use it. Keep monitoring your bp weekly as well.
