My both ears hearing losses happened. Left ear since last saturday. Right ear three years ago. So my Dr. sharma is ent specialist doctor. He given dexamethasone inj. Inside my left ear on 23/5/2020. But not any good result seen. I am confused now. Which pathy would I try? Either homeopathy or ayurveda will recover rapidly? Please answer. If possible line of treatment? I am male, 52 years age. Have mild diabetes, h1abc is 9.2.

Intra tympanic dexamethasone is best along with ginkobiloba, multivitamin don’t try anything else. You may loose your hearing if this golden time is lost. I hope there will be some improvement. Atleast you can get upto hearing aid using level.

Get an audiogram and an impedance audiometry done. This test will show what sort of a hearing loss you have. Depending on the result the further line of action can be taken. Your diabetes is not under control at all. You need to consult an endocrinologist asap.
