M having hiatus hernia but no acid reflux no vomiting sometimes I feel bit heaviness on left-side body and m taking sompraz d and sompraz 40 medicine. Is this normal can I go for work?

See Pradeep for hiatus u need to use pro kinetic drugs and not Ppe if u have persistent heaviness go ahead with esophageal manometer and decide in long term prokinetics

Yes , you can go for normal work. but remember to get your endoscopy done regularly for follow up of hiatus hernia. the mucosal changes must be monitored routinely.
