Hi sir/mam i'm neha age 24. I've nose blockage issue but after putting otrivin it get unblocked but after few hours again it gets blocked. My question is if it is sinus can it be cured with medicines or the only option is to get surgery? Reply me asap thank you.

Dear lybrate-user if you have been using otrivin for a long time, that may be reason for your persistence of nasal block. (google- rhinitis medicamentosa) you need to get a ct scan of your nose and sinus and it's right time you meet an ent specialist.
