3 years ago stool becomes hard and anal fissure occurred. Now today I have developed hard stool though yesterday stool was soft. For previous hard stool episode I took laxit plus syrup but it failed to soften the first part of the stool. First part of the stool was hard then soft. But passing first part of the hard stool I got fissure. So please tell this time what medicine I should take to soften the first part of the hard stool so that I can avoid anal fissure?
