I have dandruff for a couple of months I was prescribed ketofly shampoo and sternon s lotion which I am using for 4 days and my scalp feels tight.

Hi! the medication which you are using are ideal for dandruff but only thing it can cause tightness of scalp if used in appropriately. Please make sure you use a conditioner if hair is rough or use stern alternative days to prevent tightness. For time being stop for for couple of days and then you can restart.
