Hiii doctor from last 15 days my any one nostril is blocked most of the time also it is runny and mucus discharge is also there at night it become difficult to sleep as I can not breath freely because of this I have to sleep straight I can not sleep on one side I took sinarest table one tab two times a day for 3 day but did not worked please help.
