Hi lybrate-user. Please dont follow google and get worried for everything. Letrozole in few conditions of breast cancer it can be used but it doest mean it's not effective for ovulation induction. It is one of the best drug for infertility treatment. So do not think much about it and follow as advised by your doctor. And when you start your infertility treatment you should always be stress less and happy, and be positive for the treatment your taking.
