Hello, can I give calcitas sachet to my 2.7 y o boy for once in a month? He is not taking any other supplement except a to z syrup, that too not frequently. Thanks in advance.

It's safe to use one sachet of vitamin d 60000 iu once a week for 4-8 weeks.

Clcitas is I take it as vit-d, only vit-d is no go child must also take daily calcium.

No. Giving sachet without indication leads to side effects. Its indicated only in vitamin d3 deficiency. Its is not multivitamin for growth. So advise to consult then give. If your child is eating balanced diet, and hight/weight in normal range then no need to give multivitamins either. Let them play, work in sulight (natural source of vit d3)
