I am 24 years old. I am having cld since 3 years. My creatinine level was 5.5 four months ago. I am taking medications cilacar 10 mg 2-0-2 moxovas 0.3 mg 1-1-1 sodamint 2-1-2 renosave 1-0-1 maxepa 1-1-1 metapro xl 25 mg 1-0-1 prazopress xl 2.5 mg 0-1-0 depakote xr 500 mg 0-0-1.i have not consulted a doctor since 4 5 months due to lock down. The problem is I was taking sodamint 300 mg tablet 2-1-2 which is sodium bicarbonate tablet. This medicine is not available now. Nodosis 500 mg is available. How can I take this tablet. Please prescribe dose and before or after food. And also please tell me diet the amount of protein water potassium phosphorus and all. Thanks.
