I am 25. My height is 162 cms. And weight is 66 kgs. I had been diagnosed as pcod. Periods is getting delayed for about 15-20 days. Now I got period without any medication. But before marriage I took triphala and got period regularly. My question is whether can I take triphala while trying to conceive?
