I am a house wife and I am experiencing a vulvar itching from a week I was feeling itch at left labia then it spread to whole vulvar region my age is 21 I am using canesten 1% 10g cream 2 to 3 times a day from last 2 days and taking azithromycin 500 orally bid along with it I used to do icing from which I get some relief.

Hi! vulvar itching can be due to multiple reasons, fungal infections, allergy, urinary tract infections etc. We have to examine the the skin to get a better clarity and thereby give you right guidance and treatment. Please do consult your local dermatologist for better treatment. Meanwhile take cetirizine tablets at night to control itching, take plenty of fluids to flush our bacteria from urinary tract, use plain coconut oil twice daily on that site for soothing effect. Don't self medicate with your antibiotics etc.
