23 years old male. Been prescribed acebrophylline, telekast and foracort for persistent breathing problems and xray came clean. When I try to slowly reduce medication, symptoms show again. Have been taking meds for a month now. I want to slowly try reducing my meds because im scared of long term side effects.

Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on 6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7.
