I do not know that I am suffering from mental illness. But whenever I use mobile for 4-5 minutes, I feel stress in my eyes and brain I feel like dizziness and I feel good only when I sleep. I can not focus also on studies as well .i used to have to have suicidal thoughts sometimes also when I am free and I am almost free throughout the day because I am not able to use laptop/ mobile etc. And even I can not study because I feel stress and my muscles neqr the ear feel too much pressure and in eqrs also. I feel weakness in my mind. Please tell me should I go to the doctor or it will be fine itself. Please give me suggestion as well as remedy.
