Smarti M Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes along with several other problems. Smarti M Tablet contains the salts Montelukast, Rupatadine as active ingredients. It is available in tablet form 2) In modern medicine you can use both and popular belief is that both cannot be used together

Smarty m is a newer form of anti allergic tablet or inhaler given for colds. I would rather give a safer phenargan which is being given to pregnant woman/seniors/ kids & there is no fear of side effects as it is time tested product. Ayurvedic science differs from allopathy because it gives medicines according to personality- vat-pit-kapha (hyper, moderate & cool) if a medicine for hyper is meant for a cool person, the hyper person will become more hyper. Regarding consuming both together, I would suggest to you not to take ayurvedic medicine alone at random as like allopathic medicine ayurvedic too have side effcects if given to wrong personality it is not meant to be given.
