Hello, from past 8-10 days I am experiencing swollen tonsils with cold and cough associated with runny nose and sneezing with headache. Also my left wisdom tooth is decayed with abscess. Does tooth decay causes throat infection and swollen tonsils. Doctor has prescribed me azithromycin 250 but infection or swelling hasn't subsided. Please suggest any medicine or treatment for the condition. Please provide treatment details. Kindly reply asap.
