Hello doctor, i'm having pcod from last 5-6 years. I did a sonography in 2018. Then my right ovary measures 32�14 mm and left ovary measures 46�18 mm with 5 mm follicles in both ovaries. Recently I have done my sonography again and ro measure 3.8�2.2�2.1 mm (volume 10 cc) lo measures 3.8�3.2�2.0 mm (volume13 cc. Is my overy size increases since the last time?

Hi lybrate-user yes there is slight increase in size of ovaries but don’t worry if pds are regular .advice. You to do reg exercise healthy food habits .tab amree plus three times aday and evecare syears 2tsf twice aday for 3 months.

Both of your ovaries are within normal range. If you have pcod the follicles are to be measured starting from 9th day to 14 th day.
