Dear sir I am getting one side headache since 10 days .for every alternate day pain is shifting from right to left .i am also getting neck pain and piercing pain in ear .i am using moxikind cv 625 as it may be due to sinus infection. But no use. Pls suggest me the treatment.

It can be a sign of muscular pain or pain arising from small joints in neck. If these episodes have been recurring, these can be due to migraine headache. The drug you have mentioned is an antibiotic used for bacterial infections. Seems unlikely to be a sinus infection if no other ear or nose symptoms. A short course of pain killers can be tried, but always advisable to go only under medical supervision. In case of any further query, feel free to get in touch.

Headache can be primary or due to secondary causes. Migraine is common among primary headaches, can change sides, want to know more about headache and associated features before giving an opinion. Also it seems that you were previously suffering from ear infection. Treatment can be suggested only after getting these informations.
