Hello- Fingering can break through a hymen. Which is often gone by puberty anyway. The hymen can be broken by masturbation, use of tampons, and other physical activity unrelated to sex (riding bicycles, horseback and others). However the loss of the hymen is not the same as loosing virginity. You are virgin until a male has inserted his penis in your vagina (if you are female) or your have inserted your penis in a female's vagina (if you are a male). It is very unusual for a female today to still have an intact hymen (if indeed she had one at all) by the time she reaches the age to marry.
