I want to ask everyday at night I get fever 102,101 temperature from 3to 4 days headache, chest pain, and whole body pain and whole day vomiting approx 4,5 times. During lockdown I can't go anywhere please suggest medicine.

With above range of fever and bodyache you must see a physician for proper investigations. Try and speak on phone to any known md physician. Meantime take absolute bed rest, plenty of liquid in sips, tab emeset 4 mg for vomiting 2-3 times. Tab paracetamol 500 mg x 3-4 times. Maintain temp record 4 times 7 am, 11 am, 6 pm, 10 pm, if complaints persist physician instructions is must.
