Tab ovral is not an emergency contraceptive pill. If you miss your periods then do your urine pregnancy test.

First of all ovral is not a method for emergency contraception. I wonder if any gynaec has advised you this. There are very few drugs for energency contraception and one should take it after proper consultation with gynaec, because if wrongly taken, it can cause pregnancy and undue anxiety. So I will suggest take proper consultation regarding contraception. For the spotting, I will advise you to take pregnancy test please as you have a risk of getting pregnancy.
