Hi, from past q week I have some weird minty sensations in my throat whenever I breath and its continuous and gets worsen at nights. Ut all started when I started to get acid reflux, that actually was recognise when right after the dinner I felt kind of a little choked and had to puke out all what I ate. That gave some amount of relief. Consulted some doctors some said it's a acid reflux issue and did an endoscopy which showed some granular in my throat. This minty sensation that is constant is really giving a hard time as it leads to anxiety in these pandemic times. Right now post endoscopy I am prescribed covatil cr for throat infection and medler for gerd. Pls help me as it's a week and i'm losing my patience. Is it the early signals of asthma. Pls suggest what should I avoid eating as well. Thanks much in advance.
