Well if you are not a known diabetic then there is no definite indication to avoid any fruit as such. I do not deny that you are at high risk for developing gestational diabetes. You can just have a normal diet, whatever you are comfortable eating. Just don't eat for 2 people considering your growing little one as a separate individual. Have regular antenatal visits with regular monitoring of blood sugars as recommended.
