lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query hello, madam tsh is too high. You do need to take levothyroxine right from today or tomorrow. However, to give tha dosage I need to know following immediately: weight, height, t4 levels. Then please tell me during pregnancy did you have hypothyroidism? What was the tsh during gestation? Was the baby's tsh tested after birth? In fact we are not supposed to prescribe any medication in this (public questions) communication. It is better if you come with all the details in private conversation today only. Or contact your physician and start the tablets. Do not delay. Thanks.
