I had an acoustic neuroma 100% respected in august 2019 at ucsan diego. In order to completely remove the small tumor via retro sigmoid craniotomy, my auditory nerve was ?sacrificed.? I also have severe tinnitus. Is there any prp treatment that would be beneficial for me?
