Hi. I have a mucus problem. Everyday in the morning after doing brush a thick amount of mucus comes out. And someday the thick mucus stays in my throat for all day long. I feel uncomfortable and interferes in gulping my saliva. I don't have any medical issues or not even taking any medications. Sometimes my breathe gets heavier. I don't have any other problems like bleeding through cough or don't have a gold. But I had a sinus and tonsil infection 2 years ago. What can I do now?
