My mother had a vertigo 25 days ago ,she fall down and had an injury on head (but that was is normal injury and she bleeding stopped and that injury was healed) but when admitted to hospital she diagnosed with a vestibular neuritis and she is suffering dizziness still. She has been prescribed the tablet vertin ,but still she feels dizzy and what should we do, doctor didn't told much about it. What precautions should we take?

Vertin alone would not be enough to control her symptoms. Vestibular neuritis is usually a self limiting condition which could go away in 2 - 4 weeks. I could advise you some medicines but not without knowing complete history and confirming the diagnosis.
