Suffering for pain in neck right side also sometimes have headaches but when I press a soft tissue in neck it causes pain in head also most of the times I feel like I have a fever and pain in whole body. Also when I got my eyes checked I got -1.75 in both eyes and previously I used to feel weakness in legs and arms but now I feel good. Only headaches and backpain is a problem.

Do an x-ray of cervical spines.
