I'm 34 years old. 5 weeks pregnant now. I'm diagnosed with periodontics gum disease doctor suggested cleaning my gums but now I got pregnant I didn't go for deep cleaning. Now my gums are bleeding when i'm sleeping I was worried if I swallow the blood without knowledge it will affect my baby? Pls doctor throw some light I was so stressed.
