I am a 23 year old single female. I have my periods usually over a gap of 32-33 days. Now it's over 36 days, and the periods hasn't started yet. I have been experiencing problems like severe mood swings, leg pain and headache. Is there any problem? Why there is a sudden change in periods?

Hello, a normal cycle is between 23-35 days, so delay by more than 7 days is considered abnormal. But the symptoms that you are experiencing are likely pms, in absence of pregnancy (if ruled out by urine pregnancy test), which indicate that the delay is likely stress induced and menses shall start in next few days. So wait for at least 5 more days for menses to start. Regards.
