Sir/ma'am I am 24 years old and a medical representatives. In 2014, I had an accident and my left leg's pcl got torn completely. Till now I didn't surgery. Being a medical representatives, I have to stand 5 to 6 hrs everyday but despite all these I don't face any kind of problems like walking, jogging, standing for a long time etc. Do I need surgery or I should left as it is? Doctor please suggest.

Hello sir if you are not facing any problems than its ok for not go for surgery but try to keep your weight maintain so that there should be no pressure leg and while standing wear a knee cap for protecting and in hour of nap keep the movement of your leg.

hi if you do not have any instability that is you can't feel like you will fall while walking or running.it is ok that you don't go for surgery. surgery is only indicated in case of instability in knee.you can do knee strengthning exercises for better stability. hope this will help you thanks
