I am 39 years old and having 1 month pregnancy now. Doctor prescribed the medicine like progesterone 300 sr and l methylfolate, mecobalamin, pyridoxal 5 phosphate tablets for 30 days. Is it necessary/important to consume it and can it be replaced by injection? Pliz I need your help doctor.

There is no difference between injections and tablets. Injections are NOT better than tablets, contrary to the common belief. These tablets are safe and effective. Do not worry. COnsume them.
