What might be the reason for decreasing fetal weight and abdominal circumference. I am 29 week pregnant. My efw has reduced by 92 gm in 14 days. Instead of increasing it has reduced. I am taking lobet 100 mg twice daily.

The efw is approximate measurement only. There is error in measurement because the exact weight can only be known after the birth. Moreover, you need to do proper growth scan from the clinic which puts the weight in percentile (very few clinics do that).

A good doppler study along with usg is required, you are a case of gestational hypertension you may have iugr clinically and by usg it has to be confirmed.
