Does alzil 23 mg cause tremors, diarrhoea in parkinson patient on initial doses? Should we stop or continue to give it.

Diarrhoea is described. Parkinsonism itself can cause rest tremor. Moreover,in ipd, onset of dementia is usually late. So alzil need to be continued only if there is significant cognitive decline. More information from your side is needed.
