Hello I am sarita. I had pcos in last november and my prolactin was increased then I take treatment for it i.e krimson 35 tablet for 3 months after that doctor said to stop the tablets. Then in march again I faced the problem of periods that I got my periods twice in a month which were not stopping like it was brown discharge coming after periods got over. Due to lighten I consulted online to one doctor she suggested me start krimson35 tablet again for three months. So I take tablet til 7th may. My periods started on 11th til 16th may and now I am facing same problem that fro two days m observing brown discharge and today little bleeding also occurred. Please suggest me what I should do to cure this? Why I am facing this problem after treatment also? allopathy treatment please how to stop this and what to take.

Hello, Lybrate user. Pcos is not just an irregularity of periods, it includes a whole array of endocrinological disorders that are interlinked. Hi lybrate-user, sarita pcos doesn't behave like this. You don't have mid cycle spotting. I would screen you for other conditions for mid cycle spotting that you have been having. With regards to pco, I wish to see how high your prolactin is, because again it shouldn't be too high in pcos. I hope you have gotten your thyroids checked.
