Good morning.. loette tabelt acts both as contraceptive pill also to improve pcos for irregular cycles. I did not understand medical tablets 500 mg , is it a glycomet 500 ? It is given to prevent insulin resistance which helps in improving pcos again. But I need better history from u to evaluate and treat accordingly. Can consult me online anytime.

Hello lybrate-user. Loette is a hormonal pill, so periods will come regularly if you take that tablet. But it's better not to use it for prolonged periods of time. - metital is not a hormonal pill but will help in balancing the hormones in your body. It helps as an adjuvant in pcos. You may or may not get periods regularly with metital. -concentrate on your diet intake and include more of complex carbs (rolled oats, green leafy vegetables, nuts, millets etc) and consume less of simple carbs (maida, white sugar, white rice etc). - aim to exercise atleast 30 mins daily (in any form like walking, running, skipping, yoga, etc).- with diet and exercise along with metital tablet pco will be under control and you will get periods regularly.
